    Assignment:    Consolidate administrative, engineering, and research and development departments

    Role:    Site selection; development team selection; incentive negotiations

    Result:    Client moved into a 350,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility on time and on budget; nearly $2 million annual operating savings;  enhanced communication between operating units; elevated employee moral; and improved retention and attraction

    Textron Assignment:    Consolidate operating divisions and dispose of functionally obsolete existing facilities

    Role:    tenant representative and oversaw marketing of excess asset sale

    Result:    Consolidation of six separate locations into one facility; disposed of excess assets within 12 months; and reduced annual operating costs by nearly $250,000.

    Logo_pontgroup1_2 Assignment:   Foreign Interest wanted to identify US firms with larger R&D spends in specific industries. Next step was to cross check those firms existing facilities throughout the globe

    Role: As CEO at Whittaker Associates oversaw team of reserachers to create model and criteria and reporting format to identify targeted firms and confirm findings using primary research

    Results: Was able to identify over 250 US based companies that met the desired criteria and supplied the data in a format that was compatible to clients CRM software

    Corporate Outtasking Assignment

    Assignment:   Improve efficiency and response time for Fortune 100 company's real estate functions

    Role:  Acted as relationship manager and accountable for the success of outsourcing assignment;  developed work flow process; oversaw transaction assignments; and developed matrix to measure results.

    Result:     Created strong partnership with client. Increased efficiency; reduced cost; and enhanced communications and rapport between internal clients and corporate staff.
